Environment

Our environmental management system is governed by the standard ISO 14001:2015. Our products are designed in such a way so that they do not contain any harmful substances and pose no risk of  environmental degradation for the end users of the products. In this respect, our products comply with the ROHS directives No. 2002/95/ES and 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council and the government regulation No. 481/2012 Sb. 

One of the basic approaches to the design of new electric machines and drive units is the aspect of maximizing their efficiency and thus also minimizing the electricity consumption necessary for their operation. All our products are designed for a long lifetime period (motors typically 20,000 hrs) and with the maximum possible recyclability.  We select suppliers who share the same philosophy. During production, the occurrence of substances hazardous to human health is minimized to the indispensable minimum, e.g. glues for fixing permanent magnets. All our products are  impregnated with safe epoxide paint which does not cause any leakage of volatile substances into the atmosphere during its processing. 

At JULI Motorenwerk, we are committed to continuous improvement in the sphere of environmental protection. We take care that no harmful substances are released into any environmental compartment.  All used materials are recycled and unused ones are transported for ecological liquidation. 

Many trees and shrubs have been planted on the non-production premises of the factory, which not only improve the appearance of the surroundings but also serve as a nesting site for several kinds of song birds.
